Prior to joining AmCan, she had over 10 years of experience in the infertility field.As a mother of two children, the experience of being parent positively affected her outlook on the values of family. She believes that everyone has the right to be a parent. She strives to make AmCan the industry leader and help people in need build their family with love and compassion.

Tim brings over 20 years of infertility industry and executive management experience to the company, having worked for both public and private companies. With a Masters' Degree in Business, he is responsible for building the systems that lead to professionalism and standardization to AmCan.With his caring values, Robert is committed to providing people opportunities to have families. This is one of the important factors that makes AmCan Fertility Medical Institution highly renowned in the industry and has a high success rate.

Randa is a seasoned operating executive with demonstrated success establishing efficient operation system and professional service standards. She brings 16 years of operation and management experiences in building and implementing models that lead to operational efficiency and revenue growth to AmCan.She is playing an integral role in the company's qualified employee development and information system construction. Before this, Randa had 16 years of multinational listed enterprise operation management experience.
